I know that there has been quite a bit of "Hugh bashing" here and on the yahoo message boards where I lurk from time to time. I just wanted to put my proverbial 2 cents in for what it is worth; I certainly don't condone Hugh's bashing the stock as soon as he sold his position and in fact spoke out against it quite vociferously and frequently.

But I do believe Hugh is sincere now and not just "pumping" for another quick sell. I think what changed Hugh's mind this time was the article he uncovered which indicates that the Chinese government is about to invest in the neighborhood of $17.5 mln into Kiwa and that Kiwa will produce around $725 million worth of AF-01 annually...this was the "game-changer" in my opinion.

I think his bashing was a function of two things 1) sour grapes as he lost a lot of money and 2) an attempt to buy the stock around the low's (.0008 or so) and then hold the stock for a run up to .0025 for a quick profit.

No one can dispute the fact that Hugh has done a tremendous amount of DD on Kiwa over the years. The recent game-changing article he discovered I think has convinced him of the tremendous potential of Kiwa and that a major inflow of capital from the Chinese government is forthcoming which will allow mass production of AF-01. While he had undeniably been bashing the stock, one of his major criticisms which caused him to question the legitimacy of the company has been Kiwa's silence these last few months. I think he is of the same volition as myself in thinking that this is mainly due to Kiwa's desire to wait until Ribotsky is out of the picture as greater transparency would not lead to a sustainably, significantly higher pps when Ribotsky could continue to manipulate the pps.

I am not trying to condone or justify Hugh's having pumped the stock during the run up and then bashing as soon as he sold...this does concern me and I am deeply disturbed by it. But I do think the article I refer to sincerely changed his opinion and convinced him of the enormous potential in Kiwa.
