My attention has been distracted elsewhere these last few weeks and I admit to not keeping up with the board here.

Is the 24th another 4B hearing date? Is that the next court appearance we are expecting? And any news on when the restructure plan is supposed to be filed? I know there was a date but has it changed?

Have a little more in cleared funds I'd like to add here but have been holding off to see what the PPS is doing. Was hoping to get a little technical advice from our chart experts here on the board.

Anyway, TIA for getting me back up to speed.
