Mostly, I agree with you - with caveats for the old & befuddled and the misinformed newbie.

I feel for them too, but if they choose to go swimming in a swamp filled with alligators, so be it.

The User Agreement spells it all out, but people prefer to click that they agree with the TOU without reading them, and then complain about getting scammed.
