How does he know that you say?

At around 3:40 yesterday, when the bid was .102, I put a small sell order in for .105. It only lasted a couple of minutes before the MM's jumped up and grabbed it and "taped it" as a buy. Last week, a buy order of mine was filled at bid but "taped" as a sell.

MM's don't want people to know what is going on other then to try to induce panic selling so they can load up.

IMO.
