NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) June 1, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services
today withdrew its commercial mortgage servicer, master servicer, and special
servicer rankings on Washington Mutual Bank (see list).
We withdrew the rankings as a result of the sale and transfer of
Washington Mutual's commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) servicing and
special servicing portfolios to KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets Inc. on
April 22, 2009.
