Yes and it's about business. They aren't sitting on it for 15 years because it's not minable. It doesn't take fifteen years to figure out if it will work or not. It's a big difference between a big company like Debeers, and a start up finding diamonds. Many different variables in play far beyond what's minable and isn't minable with a company that established.
