Does anyone with L2 see if NITE was on the ask and bid today. Also Scott trade.. If they keep manipulating our stock price like this, we can get them after this is all over. all we need is:
1. Day of week and date Bid/Ask Nite or Scott on both or 1 each.
2. Amount of stock
3. Price
4. ????

We can keep a spreadsheet with them doing this and when we are done with the WAMU thing, we can GO after them for manipulation and sue them as a class action. I would like to hear from Mordicai and any of the other Attorney's on this.

I don't have L2, but I am thinking of getting it, just to track these guys. We could subpoena their records for these stocks [TO SEE IF REAL BUYERS ACTUALLY EXISTED] all the way back to the point after it's second run and see if blatant manipulation was happening, so they would keep the price low, so JPM conglomerates and partners could snag it a ridiculously low price. I bet we have a very interesting case, if we got a Judge to sign a subpoena for WMI records. We could set a new precedent with our case file and probably end up settling, because if the investing public learned about how the MM's manipulate stocks to their benefit, they would go ballistic. I hear this only happens on the Pinks and OTCCB. No Nasdaq or NYSE.

I FEEL STRONGLY THAT THEY ARE HOLDING THE STOCK DOWN FOR FRIENDS TO BUY UP THE SHARES!
