Alot has to happen inmho...the $4 billion won't be enough to flow to commons..we will need to win the lawsuit...

There is a slight chance...slight...that enough money flows to common going forward that the shares live through all of this as WMI emerges from Chap 11. Then the common slowly growsd over time...that is my belief rather then many saying we will all of a sudden get a $12 settlement.
