Your 3-5m marketcap valuation estimate is a fair number imo considering what is currently on the table. I go with a bit more conservative valuation of 2m since we are so early on here and don't have all the pieces in place with signed talent and other confirmed deals (this is one reason I liked yesterday's PR). I also go conservative in my valuation and use the a/s rather than the o/s in my calcs, but even then that would have us at .001 now, which is why I'm so comfortable picking up any of these triple 0's.

Get some of the other items you mentioned finalized and your 3-5m estimate holds a lot of merit. Many things will be happening over the next month and I believe the pps will start reflecting those valuation. Given a little bit more time and business development I think PINR will cease to be 'the lotto play' that it has always been classified as in many investors eyes.
