TAVY,

"Spokes
This might help. Its a link.
Imagine that"

Tavy, I only have one more post left for the night. I'm not sure what you're implying with this post. Is this a shot at me? I don't know what I did to deserve it. I hope I don't come off as a basher. I always post everything IMHO. I didn't post a link because I was relaying what I heard on Paltalk to keep this board informed. I simply thought that people here might want to hear what was going on on Paltalk, that's all. I believe in CMKX, otherwise, I would have sold all my shares. I simply raise issues that I'm concerned with and throw out my ideas for consideration because I value everyone's opinions. That's all. Yes, my posts happen to be negative recently, but that's because I believe it to be way more important to focus on the negative in this situation rather than the positive. We know nothing about this company. We have no idea what it's worth. The only positive we know is that they own a crap load of promising land and that they have a great great lawyer. That's really it though. Really. I could post a billion of those positive posts about that stuff, but it's pointless. Why? Because we have no idea what the positives are worth right now! Any positive point anyone throws out there is completely worthless because we do not know anything about the fundamentals of the company! The land could be worth a crapload, but what does that matter if the OS and float are huge? It matters nothing. Therefore, I'm very cautious about BS. And a lot of it sounds like BS to me. But I'm hanging in there because I believe that Roger Glenn would not have taken on a company that was all BS.

Straight out, I believe in Roger Glenn and CMKX. But, I'm cautious about what I invest in, and I think that I have the right and the obligation as a shareholder to be cautious in that way. I also have an obligation as a shareholder to raise concerns, because I own a part of this damn company and UC and company owes me and you and every shareholder an explanation for everything they do.

Everyone can agree that the penny land is full of scams...far more scams than legit companies. I find it quite surprising that in such an environment, people aren't more concerned about potential negatives, and less interested in the pump. Would it surprise me if CMKX took off? No. But, would it surprise me at all if UC screwed all of us and doesn't give a crap about the shareholders or any of the "I love my shareholders," BS that is funneled down to us? Would I really be surprised if UC stabbed me in the back? Not at all. So, then, I think it is our obligation to let UC know that we deserve a legitimate business, and that we are cautious about him rather than blind followers. Why more shareholders aren't like that considering the shadyness of penny land is beyond me.

The easiest way to screw people is to promise them what they want to hear. That's why there's so many scams in penny land. It's dangerous to dismiss bashers and only accept the pumpers IMHO, for this very reason. I'd feel much more comfortable if we had an army of agressive no-bullsh*t investors here who constantly remind UC that he is under scrutiny and better watch his step or else. I'd take a hundred of those over one Sterling anyday.

I am concerned about Sterling being up there at the meeting. That's all. My money is as green as his and there's no reason why he should have special privileges. If the company cared about the shareholders, they should have invited EVERYONE up there. I own the company just like Sterling does. He doesn't speak for me. He doesn't represent my ideas. I'm not a baby sheep. Who voted for Sterling to be my representative? Who said that I put any trust in Sterling at all? Something is weird here and I don't like it. The company is keeping secrets from the shareholders who own the damn company. Why should I sit back and simply accept it as the best for me without knowing what the hell is going on? Do I trust Sterling, UC, Roger Glenn, Melvin, etc? Hell no. Why would I trust them...they are OBVIOUSLY keeping secrets from me about the FUNDAMENTALS of this company. Until they come clean, I don't see why anyone WOULD trust them. This is penny land!

This is all IMHO. I am not trying to bash or anything like that. I bought my shares and I'm holding for the long haul. I believe we'll see a significant PR out this week and that this company will move ahead. I hope this PR will give us some clear answers and reveal what's been going on the whole time. I think we deserve that...that's all. And, I think we will get it. If we do, I will be as happy as the next shareholder. Until we do, I will continue to be concerned and will voice those concerns. I feel that it is my natural duty as a shareholder. And, I like hearing from everyone on the board and discussing the issues.

Good luck to all!!!
