Clarification from SKS....

Joe,

Feel free to post this response. I have not read through all of the posts but I
get the gist of the misunderstanding here.

1. The pipe line is just forming so giving revenue guidance is really hard at
this point.
2. In answer to the question when do you break even my answer has been that we
feel by the end of 2004 We should be able to do 1+ million per month and that
would be roughly equal to today's expense rate. This has been my position since
last summer and I have been consistent on my statements around it.

Today, I also added that the market is a growing market and that we will invest
to grow with the market. The results of this investment is that break-even is a
hard day to predict it. I believe that Wave investors have invested in a
company that should invest every nickel in trying to dominate market share in
trusted computing. If given the choice to be profitable 1 or 2 quarters earlier
or own majority market share in trusted computing, I believe, My mandate is to
take a big share of this market and then milk the COW. Trust ME I am the first
person who would prefer the company was profitable today but the market we have
invested in to drive growth has not allowed that so far. My answer was that
depending on these growth variables that I expect the company to be profitable
in 2005 or 2006. I expect significant market and revenue growth and momentum
over the next year + and as the pipeline firms up we will provide quarterly
revenue projections but not until mid to late 2004.

Wave is in a FANTASTIC position in the market and the Partners are driving our
market adoption. We will stay focused on Market Share, Defensive and offensive
protection of the market from competition and the laying a foundation for a
strong recurring revenue stream. We have been through a very hard 36 months and
are emerging as a strong player with the tools and resources to lead this
market.

I believe that is why the majority of the investor have invested in Wave.

I am sorry that I have not been able to state this clearly enough for everyone.
I am significantly more bullish on this market today than 6 months ago and I get
even more so every week.
