Whey don't they disbar Stoecklein ?

Does he have something on certain individuals (blackmail) that is preventing them from doing so. He should not be allowed to practice, try stealing something for $1 and your screwed.
He does this in the public eye and nothing ?
The legals system needs to clean up its trash!
