Biz is there a link to the recording?
I would like to give it a listen if you have a link.

The obtuse nature, or hair splitting nature, and legalese of the JPM attorney's characterization of her client's disposition on the case is enough to want to get out a 2x4 and knock the bats out of her belfry. The fine art of sounding like one is saying something of substance when, in fact, it is not of substance and maybe not even related is, well a fine art.

We need young people to study and learn ways to exercise law without room for bald faced b.s.

Biz: An attorney has to represent their client to the best of his/her ability and "under the guise" of the court. If the attorney is hired by a client, then they must represent the view/case of the client and hope for the best outcome in a case. If young people go to law school, they will come out of there wanting to do "good" but most will fall into the rut and daily grind of a rigorous schedule and firm requirements. Most lawyers want to do the best they can for there clients, but some have already "drank from the trough" of good fortune that comes from the firm in respects to "billable hours." The attorney for JPM as well as our attorney's are "going through the motions" of the court hearings and appearances. For every day the 4Bil is drug out in court, JPM stands to profit off of its existence.
In my opinion both sides have the some of the best attorney's in the country. I bet Bop can ponder this a little more for us.
Remember money buys the "best defense" and delays.
