Thanks JD. In other words Levi's no violation has nothing to do with whether he thinks there is or is not validity in Idcc's patents. That seems to make his no violation a bit less threatening and possible not such a big deal, I would think. Seems like no violation on estoppel/implied license would not mean they're not using idcc's license, only that idcc would have to collect in a different court if I understand that right. Well, not so bad then. mo. .. nic
