I couldn't disagree more. They can list the specs of the systems all they want, but the most important aspect is to know the testing methodology. They should list the brand of wattmeter being used, whether they recorded peak data, or took an average over xx seconds, how they calibrated these units, how they set up their systems with the software that they used, etc. There are enough unknowns that another person couldn't replicate the data.

And besides, your links don't work.
