Red Cross is visible in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, but in upper Desoto county and in Hardee county it is more rural and its all about volunteers going door to door trying to do what they can to help. Even the victims are concerned for others. Our friends have gone in with carloads of stuff, and they take only enough to get by so others can get relief. It's Amazing! Hopefully we'll get more information soon.
