I agree!
The SEC should prioritize cases such as this one.
When you have thousands and thousands of people involved and nothing is going anywhere it shows that nothing has changed.

CMKX is a primary example that the SEC has not changed.

How many years is it going to take to get our money back and charge these people.

Either put them in jail or they need to cough up our money.
If they are keeping $250,000,000 and their fine is $1000
which is going to be paid directly from our money.
This is where the SEC needs to step in!
