I am really a flash product guy, but the real yield manager was out on MLOA so they called me in to fill in for a while. I commuted from Folsom to ABQ for a 3 day work week in ABQ with only 2 days in Folsom for my regular job. I'll never do that again as I ended up sucking at both jobs.
I think I learned more process stuff working with the flash TD guys in D2 during my last few years at Intel in the 1998 through 2000 time frame. I am sure things have changed quite a bit, but it is still not easy to bring up a new process, or even an old process in a new factory.
