Most likely HEB got the approval letter already. Carter is just playing the shorts to cause maximum pain. Expect a premarket PR. Dont expect them to go easy on shorts. With swine flu thing going to explode and an FDA approval, this is going to be north of 10$... you will be lucky if you can get in below 1.50 on tuesday. Some SOB's might try to short and if so, buy the heck out them as they will feel sorry for their stupid azz F**d minds...
