I don't think HEB will plummet if there is no decision by EOD Tuesday, IMO AH Tuesday is the most likely scenario. If nothing happens by market open on Wednesday, people could get very jittery.

Also, note that last time when HEB got delayed on Ampligen it was notified a week before the decision deadline. Using that as a precedence we can infer that win or lose its probably not going to be delayed another 3 months.
