I do not see a direct coralation between a company's success and their lines of communication. Moreover, it is very rare for a pinky to have such open lines of communication with management and is a good thing to have given they are not a bunch of crooks and liars IMO. And since Watson has yet to throw out promises and not make it happen so far, and is only guilty of not reaching the goals that some had in their collective minds, than his next test for his word is in approx. 2 weeks.

To compare Lifelock's marketing to Guard Dog's (lack there of) is ridiculous. Lifelock has some big pocket financing that allows them to be everywhere. I am sure that if Guard Dog had the kind of money they had, they would have no problem marketing with such vigor. And if Watson wants to contend with them, than obviously he will have to market as much. Lifelock was the first in the game and is the winner so far- as the Motley Fools would define as the rule makers. To contend and beat out, Guard Dog will have to work miracles and become a rule breaker. Even if we get Lifelock's left overs or disgruntled subscribers to start with, that would be good as their claims for a 1 million dollar payout are fraudulent so say the countless litigents in the lawsuits that have been brought against them.
