Gator, I agree if they had financing in place already and needed cash for operations but authorizing more shares will not itself help in building the plant as the shares are near worthless and the company is fast losings any amount of small credibility it had in my opinion. Given the current share price it would also not take them even a fraction of the time to burn through the 2nd 100 mil as it did the first 100 mil. So unless they produce something verifiably substantial.
