I would consent to authorizing more shares if that's what it takes to get the Kentucky plant financed. It wouldn't necessarily put more shares into circulation for a long time to come.

I've forgotten who made the claim that DB's shares had been forfeited to pay down some other debts. It's possible that we won't be hearing any more about her and her financial wizard husband.
