I suppose you're one of the misinformed who thought QCOM wasn't going to get paid for WCDMA, huh?

I've got bad news for you - QCOM is extremely active in the UMTS standardization process, so they're going to have a nice stream of new IPR that's going to pay them for many years to come. Sorry!
