good evening all ........ please correct me if i am wrong, the bk judge has a responsibility to look after the entity which file for "BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION". the media in this country has been able to skew the bankruptcy perception to be a detriment to the filer of bankruptcy. her duty is to see that WMI is "PROTECTED".
