we are all assuming

the 300 mill increase were restricted

know one knows for sure because the ta was gagged.

no one knows where they went, if they were sold or held or what.

still think the ta being gagged was to protect the integrity of the acquisitions?

it was to hide where those shares went and how. thats why.

for all we know the reason behind the buys outnumbering the sells is because the buys are eating up those 300 mill shares someone is methodically dumping.

no one wanted to listen when i said all of this would happen. now its happening and everyone is scrambling to make sense of it. oh well.
