Docs 1 and 2, I agree with you that there is strong potential for things to happen here and have done my homework on this and am aware and agree with much of what you say. All I am saying is that if they call shareholders meetings and ask for additional stock authorization above the 100 mil or God forbid a reverse split they better have some SOLID information to back it up. SOLID for example meaning teaming agreements in place and signed, additional management in place, a location identified and acquired, plant engineering contracts signed, Bulldozers breaking ground or whatever the scenario they are in dictates but something SUBSTANTIAL. If the basis for the request use the words SOON or NEXT WEEK my share votes will be a definite nix and yes I understand the consequences if the required majority were to also vote that way.
To Walker, they always have those methods to acquire financing in their reports and in my opinion all that means is that DB cuts them a check and she gets shares for pennies on the dollar and I do not agree with that continuing without some solid results.
I hope the meetings will be for something completely positive and good that will benefit all. I hope they have nothing to do with what I said above however as I said I am not as optimistic as I was a week ago. When will we see some solid progress? and nobody use a sentence with the word “SOON” in it. Thanks
