Crying? That is so adorable. Looks like the Alexa figures for MMRF were acurate after all. Looks like Joe said no kool-aide for me either.

MMRF - just read their first 10-Q .......

I know alot of you guys own this stock and as hard as it is for me to say something negative about MMRF or any other stock you may own, please understand that you're simply getting my current opinion and it may be a mile away from yours.

Although subscription revenue increased quite a bit this quarter versus the same time last year, the subscription revenue was just $92,500.00 and when this is broken down, there are about 3,083 paying subscribers at $10.00 a month and to me, this is very disappointing at best. I anticipated a much greater number of paying subscribers.

With 125,715,668 O/S, the current market cap at .21 is $26.4 million.

I understand there's probably quite a few free subscribers that will eventually convert to full paying customers, but even so, I don't feel like it will be significant, at least not in the short term.

There's no doubt that Robert Lorsch has many business accomplishments under his belt, but I just feel at this time it's not responsible for him to be paying himself and another officer $25K a month salary, at least not now.

The 10-Q states that there are 1,400,000 warrants that are immediately exercisable and I can see from the recent trading action that these warrant holders are cashing in IMO, especially with alot of volume and no upward PPS movement.

Liabilities increased in the last 90 days by $1,649,587.00 to $4,902,647, up from $3,253,060 on Dec. 31, 2008. That is significant IMO.

To me, it's obvious that MMR-Pro is going to have to be the saving grace here and I just think that PHR growth isn't going to be as fast I once thought. The 3,083 paying subscribers or thereabouts simply isn't impressive, at least not to me.

In my last MMRF assessment, I stated that fair value for the stock was probably somewhere between .16 and .24 and since that assessment 15 days ago, the stock has traded between .16 and .23, so I wasn't too far off. My view on this has changed.

Unless there's absolutely big blockbuster news in the short term that moves the stock, I see the stock heading all the way down to at least the .09 area. I understand that's not a popular viewpoint and if you'll read my last MMRF assessment (link below) from 15 days ago, you'll read where I said one should wait for the 10-Q to come out before making any decesions on buying the stock. I definitely feel now like there's no hurry to run out and buy the stock.

Do I still feel like MMRF could eventually turn out to be a homerun ? Yes, but MMR-Pro (the best product in my eyes on the market) is going to have to be marketed heavily and accepted.

For now, I would be on the sidelines until financial evidence of rapid and significant growth is seen.

Again, I understand my current assessment may be very unpopular, but I don't make posts in hopes of making friends. I make posts based upon my opinion of what I believe will happen whether popular or not. Hopefully you'll respect that.
