re: Dangerous/waiting, I've been following EESO since last Fall. Based on the following, I'm pretty confident that EESO is legit:

-- Open-house, factory production, and Korea photos posted here.
-- Friend (non-iHubber) who drove by the company last month.
-- The fact that Han Bool hasn't denied the offer PR is also telling.
-- The documented track records of Mallad and Zimmerman, who likely wouldn't risk their time/reputations unless there were potential here.

As posted several times, this could still be a very elaborate scam. But seems more likely that it's just the rare gem in the pinkie rough, and on the brink of realizing value.

re: Economic env, true, many are tight presently and likely cashing out assets. I secured a couple Hollywood (recession-proof) clients last year, so have solid income, and also cashed out 110k of KERX last week for over $50k of trading cash.

Have another $30k I may invest here if it tanks under 0.01.

re: Waiting for news to buy in, imo, If a buyout is confirmed, there won't be much time to add shares at this level.

Risk/reward ratio. Hard to stomach for many, especially in recession. But potentially a 10x-30x return from here if it pays off.

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
