well true only because the retail people will panic and sell. I really doubt this will go wamu's way... not because they don't deserve just because that's the nature of things. It will get delayed or even if wamu is granted authority it doesn't mean victory. The battle legally will last months or even years. People are dreaming if they think this will settle before july.

I personally want them to go to court. This will really put a stronghold on JPM and utimately thats what we want.
