based on? awww just a feeling.... yeah stock don't work that way.
This green we see is some shorts covering their positions and forced to buy at a loss. Normal trend, we will probably close .125 or so. Even if wamu is granted motion this won't jump. It takes a lot more than news to move a stock, unless talks of a settlement is released and even then the stock would get halted.
