Listen Guys.... I dont speak much but I do read about everything that crosses this board. We are only here for one thing. That wamu shares comes out of this In a FAIR amount.
We all know of the story behind this, and the judge will rule upon it. Do you not believe the "tone" has been established and she is cognitant to the facts. We will prevail, this is not just dust under the carpet. The facts are just that.
You cant get something for nothing, and the ramifications of these actions if not corrected will be hell to deal with by the media. JPM gets its teeth smashed and the FDIC will correct itself. Too much press. Settlement will come our way. Stand up..... never give up.... never.....
