That is why final judgement on this company can't be rendered until we find out what happens with Nokia, that one case is what will make this company live or die, don't listen to the people who say even if they don't do well with nokia idcc has 3g that is their future, if this comes out unfavorable for IDCC, they are dead, and the stock will never be above 10 dollars
