Their are ways to negotiate and offer peaceful solutions which give something back to make it worth their while to maintain peace.

Really? Ok, so let's say we negotiate peace. What happens the first time the Islamist terrorists don't get what they want or we don't bow to their demands? Remember their slogan: You like life, we like death. It all starts again. There is no appeasing them. END IT NOW!!
