Wednesday, April 15, 2009 3:42:59 PM I sent Cliffe Bodden a message a few weeks ago as well as Charles Diamond and another person at Silverstar Capital Holdings. I threatened to file a formal complaint with the SEC if I didn't get a response. Needless to say, I did get a response from Cliffe. He is the president of Silverstar. He was dissappointed that we had not had any resolve of the issue. According to him, the appropriate shares were allocated to MOP to be divided amongst the shareholders on a pro rata basis. He said that although they (SSTA) had done their part, he was concerned and since we officially are shareholders in his company (even though the shares haven't been allocated yet), he would personally see to it that the shares get dispersed.
Wednesday, April 15, 2009 3:42:59 PM I have spoken to Mr. Diamond and instructed him to remit the shares issued to MOP Environmental Solutions by Silver Star Capital Holdings to be sent to our transfer agent . The shares will be allocated on a pro rata basis in accordance with the Asset Purchase Agreement and certificates will be sent to the MOP Environmental Solutions shareholders at their address of record.
There are 52 shareholders so I expect it will take a couple of days for our transfer agent to complete the task. I will advise you when the certificates have been mailed.

Hopefully this will take place over the next week or so. I have been very persistent, a little pointed at times but also appreciative that he is seeing to this himself.
