they attempted to get the price much higher. They were not successful at keeping it there long enough. They gagged the transfer agent and dumped 320 million shares into the O/S!

Had they sold 320 million at an average of .01, that would of been 3.2 million dollars for Carnes, Watson and company.

Do the math! 0.005 average would be 1.6 million

0.0025 average would be 800 thousand dollars and so on.

They could of polished this one up a little more, and done a lot better on their take.
