BCND Weekly.

Last post of the day so I will direct it to your question and everyone else. I just could not account for that waterfall in A/D on the daily and truly still cannot. Buys greatly outnumbered sells that day so in theory A/D should have skyrocketed. It didn't at least on the daily. No one really knows whats going to happen in the coming days with the buyout. As it stands Adam Marek is still a ghost IMO and now even more so because the eamils and the PR was signed by IR.

It just seems that Adam cannot show his face for one reason or another so a buyout and change in management is the perfect way for him to exit the scene without ever having to show. If adam is now out he may have decided there just is no reason to keep the restricted. Those restricted, if owned by Adam, could be sold by him the minute he resigned as an officer of the company without having to file, I believe it is an 8K. he would no longer be an officer of the company.

That was one concept I was contemplating. The other is. If there is to be a change in officers of the company then Adams claims of no R/S might be out the window. Many companies prior to an R/S, IMO, cut deals with MM's. The MM's will short a stock into oblivion knowing that after it's down to zilch management will dump the crap out of it letting the MM's cover very cheap. When they R/S and the stock plummets they can cover even cheaper then the .0001 pre split. It's a win win for management who's on the way out and a win for the mm's. I was thinking the PPS didn't move because peeps who bought at .0001 were dumping at 2 and at the same time the MM's were SHORTING at 2 holding the PPS down knowing a deal had been struck for management to raise the A/S in the near future and dump so they could cover. Of course it's illegal but so is trading for there own accounts, even though they are not supposed to do that in the pinks, ahead of market orders and I'm pretty confident they still do that. Massive shorting at 2 would dramatcally lower A/D even though peeps are buying. Shorting in and of itself is a form of dilution before the actual shares made available to cover are put out by the company for them to cover. If the MM's short, to create a market which they are allowed to do, from say .01 to .0001. That would show up as a decrease in A/D because there are more share in the float even though those shares are phantom shares. Because A/D has now taken into account the extra shares as a decline, when the company actually puts them into the market for the cover it shows as an increase in A/D because they are no being bought. In almost any pink at the end of a run and subsequent downslide to zilch you will almost always see two or three days of huge volume and one would have to wonder as I have for a while who the heck would buy all those shares of a worthless pig that just went from .01 to .0001. Only answer is the MM's would buy them to cover the shorts they shorted all the way down.

These are things I was contemplating before I saw this and pretty much posted out of frustration on that day. The daily seems to be an anomoly. Almost all the other charts A/D's show accumulation but the daily. Just don't know why. This is what I was looking for. MASSIVE accumulation on the weekly and sharp rise in CMF. I should have looked here before I made those posts. Now we just need to see the terms of this buyout.
