There are... all things being equal WMI should be compensated accordingly. Should is a very big word in this very corrupt world. Since we have the FDIC and JPMC in the picture, fighting us at every turn, that alone makes the comparison between the two pointless. That whole deal was not in a hostile situation with mega banks sweeping everything under the rug pulling every trick in the book to get out of this. Anyone thinking that JPM Chase will play nice guys along with the FDIC to make things peachy with WMI is as blind as blind gets.

I do hope that we get compensated at the same % level as the Indy Mac guys were.... but I am not holding my breath on that one. This is a far different situation... using it as an example is completely pointless.
