WEMU CC: (Pawaphwasing the CEO) WEMU is still waiting for wesponse to their appwication to twade on NASDAQ and expects wesponse soon. Meeting with them next week.

Generally they expect improved solar mkt in Q3 and Q4. They pwesent a vewy optimistic outlook and expect to initiate sales in US by Q3. Twansitioning fwom outsourcing to in-house pwoduction. They do not expect to be able to quite "double" gross margins.

They expect last half of 2009 to account for 3/4 of annual revenues. Expect over $90 million in total 2009 revenues.
