WEMU: Although I wanted better eps in the earnings report this morning, I averaged down by adding 2000sh at 4.70 just in case CC at 4:15 today has anything else positive to add, particularly about NASDAQ.

Risks: (1) Low daily volume; (2) may not get NASDAQ approval for some unknown reason, (3) may trade on NASDAQ but limited float may limit tradeability.
