So i guess the real question is ....

"Can the FDIC show that the $1.9 Billion they received from JPM was a fair and reasonable compensation"

I am pretty sure the below deal will have been, and will continue to be referenced in this case.

"IndyMac, with only $32 Billion in assets was sold for $13.9 Billion in the following weeks. Indymac had only 33 branch offices as compared to Washington Mutual's 2,239 branches and 4,932 branded ATMs"

Do the FDIC and JPM want to be dragged through the legal system taking the 1)above into consideration and 2)other questionable events that took place prior to the sale.

You decide!!!!
