Hello all -- newbie here -- I recently joined the WAMUQ hysteria at $0.05, 0.09 and 0.10 -- I'm hoping for much success!

I imagine that JPM began proposing settlement negotiations quite awhile ago because the docket sheet in the D.C. case (WaMu v. FDIC) hasn't shown any activity since the end of April.

I believe WMI is playing its cards right by refusing to stipulate to any of JPM's proposed (if any) settlement agreements and prolonging this matter right up to 05/20 -- doing so will only put more pressure on JPM and it's management to bend according to WMI's terms -- which I imagine would result in more $/share.
