As far as where the 75B shares for Nevada Mineral came from? UC gave Nevada 40B of his own shares. I believe those were his personal shares. That’s only $4M at .0001. I’m sure UC has that kind of money. Or, if possibly the Lundin Group was backing you, it wouldn’t be hard to come up with that if it was needed for the plan. I was thinking that the other 35B were newly issued from the treasury?? Why else would the PR say issued? We certainly did not authorize more shares. We are already at the max according to Nevada regulations.

Regardless, all of those shares are restricted, and not part of the float.
