Hi Jay,

Have been reading your posts and enjoying the DD you have done on WAMU...I just want to clarify something about the $500 Million indemnity....the way I understand is that JPM will NOT have to pay before FDIC pays the first $500 Million, but will HAVE to fork in after that...is that not the case?
