You def caught the Tail end... Here are the facts as stated....

30b- 8b debt - 4b Preferred w/div payments= $9.5 a share

Now i've already provided the math that P's will pay way more then commons will ever pay with there Div's Plus in 2012 we can convert them for a huge some of cash way over the 1k face value.

I was challenging Guru on several misleading facts he has posted..

First of 9 dollars isn't anywhere near 12... Also to expect we will even see a 30billion dollar settlement is a PIPEDREAM IMO..
we will be bought out way before that time... MARK my word on that it's much cheaper and easier to do..

Also JPM isn't the one who is worried here it is the FDIC who has put a clause of only 500million dollars that JPM is liable to pay in a lawsuit...'

also the fdic CAN'T and WON'T payout 30billion it just can't happen the TAXS payers would have a cow... thats why a silent buyout/merger would sound like a plausible thing to do...

I've stated it already

If you want short term gains Go for U's

If you want to max out your gains go for P's

P's are the best buy to make the most money PERIOD... Also GURU needs to step up and post his facts when asked he hasn't provided any articles documents or anything where he has gotten his sources from..

I have!!! Guru is a pumper and if your to blind to see that go play his games and be very disappointed over..

ALSO read G-N's post and go to the billing statements HE KNOWS what he is talking about and I've proven that to all... He is a very smart man and he knows his DD... if you have read the Documents you would know what im talking about...

have a good night

Guru=Pumper
Petrit= Basher
Jackson= DD
GN= DD GOD
