im not suprised

or shocked by the confusion. its part of the game that we all know as guard dog.

slight of hand, smoke and mirrors - all part of this huge messy equation.

there is no way to even verify if any of the "acquisitions" existed anywhere but on paper.

the websites were all created within the same time.

the companies all happen to be within 40 miles of cassleberry florida, all have no physical address and all use po boxes.

still no word on what or how they were paid for, or what they brought to the table, but we do know this:

watsons wife had an overnight start up that is one the marketing vehicles for this. the ink wasnt even dry (so to speak) on the website when he pr'd that. one can assume shes getting paid in stock that has probably already been dumped into investors hands. imo

his lawyer, barbara moran, was owner of at least one of the "acquisitions". again, probably paid in stock that has already been dumped, imo.

jessica benshay, an owner of one of the acquisitions, was involved with a company that got hammered for lec billing fraud. lec is a key component of the guard dog billing story that sets them apart from the competition. draw your own conclusions on that one.

legends business group is marketing this. larry powlicz is ceo. he succeeded stephen carnes as ceo so stephen could go work over investors with signature leisure.

larry, stephen and james all use the same attorney and have been in multiple business dealings over the years.

they also have used the same addresses you see with guard dog and the acquisitons for other bogus business deals.

too many connections to too many bogus business dealings to be anything but another bogus business designed to steal, although somehow legally, the investors money.

the cheerleaders want everyone to ignore the red flags that pop up with every step that is taken in this. i say do a lot of research and you will see this for what it is: a scam, imo.

do your own research, this is all my OPINION
