That was a well-formed letter, maybe from the attorney and/or Jay (note the use of "we").
Appears that the Township wants the stuff removed, obviously, but they don't understand that there is a cost involved. No one is going to do it for free. The Township doesn't seem like they want to pay for it and so they have unrealistic expectations.
It also seems that "Richard Gazarik" is quite a tool. He needs to do a more thorough investigation instead of relying on Hercules' biased information. Isn't that what reporters are supposed to do (be objective)?
