Thanks Rich. I hope they do rethink their position on the dividend shares. IMHO Hartcourt management lost integrity and the faith of their shareholders, (most anyway), when they broke the dividend promise. I still want what was promised to me and will take it if offered. Those of us that don't want the dividend for whatever reason, (better for HRCT, etc.), can donate them back to HRCT like Dr. Phan did with his 5,000,000 shares. I think that if the shares are distributed very few if any shares will be returned to HRCT. Again JMHO.
