If your going to miss a meeting that has financial impecations to your company, then a smart CEO would give a reason. If he knew before monday he could'nt make it, then a smart CEO would ask for a post-ponement hearing.

Huge red flag for me. Still hold 3 million but sold 12 million yesterday.
