some thoughts on the O/S float etc.

Went back and calculated past volume on cmkx. StockWatch.com has accurate totals for the last 3 months, and prior to that(while the ticker was cmkx) I just used a chart they had there and approximated the volume totals.

I found that in the last 3 months there has been 340 Billion in volume, and prior to that about 120 Billion in volume, giving us a total of 460 Billion.

Now if we take the O/S from OTCBB(yes I know, NO PR, but just let's take the worst cas scenario) which is 483 Billion we need to subtract 75 Billion which is going to Nevada Minerals leaving us with 408 Billion. Now being that we have never had a proxy or shareholder vote that means 1) Urban has issued Preferred with super voting rights or 2) Urban and other insiders have a controlling interest. I tend to believe #2 because of the rumors that Urban owns a large amount of common stock and with an A/S of 500 Bil I think he felt safe with his holdings and the control he had.

So prior to the Nevada release there were 408 Billion of which atleast half had to held by an isider to maintain a controlling interest, leaving us with a float of less than 204 Billion. Now, I'm sure there are some other big holders that would bring the tradable common stock somewhere between 150 and 200 Billion.

With a tradable float between 150 and 200 Billion those volume numbers above would make alot more sense...it all depends on how many times the average pinksheet float gets flipped. Does it happen every month every few months etc etc?

So I would argue that the tradable float of this company is probably between 150 and 200 Billion. Worst case I would say its up around 350 Billion because we know the 75 Billion going to Nevada are restricted and insiders probably still own over 50 Billion.

Just my opinion, but a tradable float around 200 Billion makes sense with whats been going on over the last couple months. Of course, the OTCBB information could be wrong(not likely, IMO) or Urban has in fact issued preferred with super voting rights; both of which would alter these numbers greatly.
